Cheap Restaurant.com Gift Certificates - Good Deal?

Restaurant.com
has gift certificates to restaurants like Seny, Allure, Beluga and Tinks for way cheap- $10 for a $25 certificate. Most have limitations and minimum food purchases, but it sounds pretty sweet to me anyway. Has anyone ever used this website before? I have no experience with Restaurant.com, but this sounds awfully tempting.

I want to know the answer to this too!

I have seen postings in restaurants before saying things like "we do not accept the gift certificates from ______; they were not sold with our authority" etc. I think the shady sites that sell fake GC's are few and far between, but I have absolutely no idea what sites are legit and what aren't.

But I want to know because I love a deal!

so obviously I had to go see what I could find on google and here is what I found:

From what I got from this website, a real mom who tried it, the gift certificates are legit. You might have to spend a certain amount at the restaurant (example $35 to redeem a $25 GC - no big deal there) and according to her, restaurants.com guarantees them (although I don't know the course of action of the restaurant really were to say no... but it did make me feel better).
