i realize this is probably some kind of crime against humanity here in cincinnati but i have no idea what schnecken is. i have heard of it before and knew it was a baked good but that's it. is it a cinnamon roll?
actually, this was the first time i'd had schnecken. it is kind of like three big cinnamon rolls, the yeast dough kind, with a few raisins tucked inside, and soooo much butter.
